CobraTV Pro — Terms of Use

CobraTV Pro is a media player. It does not provide, host, supply, or sell any TV channels, films, or other media content. It plays media from playlists and files that you add yourself, and includes built-in features such as internet radio, a trivia game, ambient screens, weather, and a few free, openly-licensed demo clips.

By installing or using CobraTV Pro (“the app”) you agree to these terms.

1. What the app is — and isn’t

The app is a general-purpose media player and hub. We supply the software only. We do not supply, curate, endorse, or control any channels, streams, films, or other content. Any playlist or media you add is provided by you or by a third party of your choosing.

2. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the playlists, links, and files you add, and for ensuring you have the right to access and play them in your country.
You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose or to infringe anyone’s rights.
You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure.

3. Free trial & subscriptions

New devices may receive a time-limited free trial. Trials are per device/household and may not be repeatedly reclaimed.
Any paid subscription is purchased and managed on our website, not inside the app. Pricing is shown there.
Subscriptions provide access for their term. Changing or downgrading a plan does not entitle you to a pro-rata credit or refund for the unused portion, except where required by law.

4. Built-in third-party features

Radio, trivia, weather, and demo content are provided through third-party services and openly licensed media. Their availability is not guaranteed and may change or be removed.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any content you choose to access, for third-party services, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country (including, in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act) that cannot be excluded.

6. Termination

We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms or abuses the service. You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
